Terms & Conditions
The terms governing the working relationship between Five Shades Digital — a trading name of Five Shades Productions Ltd — and our clients.
1. Services
Five Shades Digital provides paid advertising management, content creation, social media management, and SEO services as agreed in individual client contracts.
2. Payments
Fees are agreed in writing before work commences. Monthly retainers are invoiced at the start of each month. All prices are exclusive of VAT.
3. Intellectual property
Content created by Five Shades Digital for a client becomes the client's property upon full payment. Our agency retains the right to display work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep commercially sensitive information confidential.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Any outstanding invoices remain payable.
6. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to fees paid in the previous 3 months. We are not liable for losses caused by third-party platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok).
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by English law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
